Please Meet Our Team…

Ramsey J. Frangie – Owner, Founder, Contractor and Fiduciary

Ramsey founded Ramate, Inc. in 1994. Ramsey has worked in the construction industry starting out as a laborer in the early 1980’s, gradually working with the different construction trades to obtain a comprehensive understanding of all the work required to construct a project properly, becoming a supervisor and finally acquiring his first contractor’s license in 1994. Ramsey has a degree in finance and an MBA, both from the University of South Florida. He’s currently on the boards of Art Center Sarasota and the City of Sarasota Historic Preservation Board. When he’s not working, he likes to travel, scuba dive and play guitar.

Michelle C. Ward – Project Manager and Realtor

Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Michelle. As Ramate’s Operations Manager, she is responsible for all office and operation procedures, project management and design tasks while using her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Michelle says she regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills and her education in business and accounting. Prior to joining the Ramate team, she managed various construction companies. Michelle says Ramate is such a unique company because the team has worked together for a long time, shares a common vision for excellence, and has never grown too big to not know each client personally. The number of repeat clients, Michelle says, speaks volumes about the loyalty and trust Ramate has earned since 1993. Michelle’s achievements include an Associates degree in business and finance, a degree in mechanical drafting, she holds her real estate broker license in IL and Michelle is a high volume producing real estate agent in Sarasota and surrounding areas.
